ADDING ITEMS TO CART

At the time that you are ready to order an item or items just select the quantity and then add it to your cart, your selected items will then appear in your cart. If you need to edit the quantity that you ordered you can do so when viewing your cart.

TO VIEW YOUR CART

When you want to view your cart, you can do so at any time by clicking on the view cart button. This will take you to your cart and at that time you can edit or remove items. If you would like to continue shopping, click the continue shopping button. If you are ready to checkout you may choose from either "Go To Payments" or "Google Checkout".

CHECKING OUT

When checking out go to view cart, check your items and quantities and if everything is the way you want it, then choose your shipping method. You can choose from either Parcel Post or Priority Mail, after choosing your shipping method click the Recalculate button for your total charges. *(See Below for International Shipping Charges) If you are done shopping you can choose from either Go To Payments or Google Checkout. You will then be taken to the Delivery Information page, make sure your billing and shipping information is correct and the click on the "Continue" button and follow the instructions from there.

SALES TAX

You are purchasing items from Oregon...We do not have sales tax here. Although we do carry a few items from others shops that may have sales tax, for those shops tax will be added at the time of checkout.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express on a secure server. In addition, if you have a PayPal account, you can pay via any payment method you choose, such as instant payment, bank transfer, eCheck, credit card. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use their service simply by using the credit card option when selecting payment choice. Their website is completely secure. Lastly if you would like to pay using Google Checkout, simply choose that option after figuring your shipping charges. All of our payment options are done on secure servers.

If you would like to pay by Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Personal Checks (with personal checks your order will be held until your check clears your bank). If you would like to send your payment, please email us at bestbearshop@gmail.com so that we can remove your item from stock as a lot of our items are one of a kind. On one of a kind items we will only hold them for 2 weeks, if your payment has not been received by that time, we put them back into stock. You may send your order & payment to:

REFUNDS OR RETURNS

Refunds are given only if the item or items are not as described in the description. If there is any problem with an item you purchased please let us know via email (bestbearshop@gmail.com). Refunds on shipping charges will not be given, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship priority to the U.S. unless Parcel Post is requested. Priority Mail includes tracking confirmation. Note: Rates are subject to change.

*International shipping

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE....Priority Mail International only. Our prices showing are in U.S. dollars. Any duties, additional fees, etc. charged to you once your order is shipped are your responsibility. We are not set up for International shipping charges….so just choose Priority Mail. If shipping is more than the price added to the cart, you will be billed for the difference before shipment.
